Vendor / Event Organizer Agreement

Effective Date: 21 January 2026

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between KAK Infotech Private Limited, operating KakSamaaya.com (“Platform”), and the Event Organizer (“Vendor”).

By registering and listing events on KakSamaaya.com, the Vendor agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

KakSamaaya.com provides a technology marketplace enabling Vendors to list, promote, and sell tickets for virtual, seat-based, and offline events.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

The Vendor agrees to:

• Provide accurate, lawful, and complete event information

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, permits, and licenses

• Conduct the event as described

• Handle customer support related to the event

• Issue refunds where applicable

3. Platform Fees

• KakSamaaya.com charges up to 20% of the ticket price as platform, service, or convenience fees

• Fees may vary by event, category, or payment method

• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

4. Payments & Settlements

• Ticket payments are collected via third-party payment gateways

• Settlement timelines are defined by KakSamaaya.com

• KakSamaaya.com may withhold payments in case of disputes, fraud, or violations

5. Event Cancellation & Refunds

• Vendor is solely responsible for cancellations, postponements, and refunds

• KakSamaaya.com bears no refund liability

6. Prohibited Events

Vendors may not list:

• Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent events

• Adult, hateful, or unlawful content

• Events violating intellectual property rights

7. Indemnity

Vendor agrees to indemnify KAK Infotech Private Limited against claims arising from event conduct or violations.

8. Termination

KakSamaaya.com may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts without notice for violations.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi, India only shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
