KakSamaaya.com acts solely as a marketplace platform. Refunds and cancellations are governed by Event Organizers.

1. Ticket Refunds

• Refund eligibility is determined by the Event Organizer

• KakSamaaya.com displays refund policies but does not control them

• Platform fees (up to 20%) are non-refundable unless required by law

• Refund is applicable when event is cancelled.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

• Organizer is responsible for refunds or rescheduling

• KakSamaaya.com is not liable for canceled or postponed events

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an event does not entitle the user to a refund unless stated by the Organizer.

4. Payment Gateway Issues

Refund timelines depend on banks and payment gateways.
