• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways

• KakSamaaya.com is not responsible for payment gateway failures, delays, or technical errors

10. Platform Role Disclaimer

• Acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary

• Is not a party to the transaction between Users and Event Organizers

• Is not liable for event cancellation, rescheduling, venue issues, personal injury, loss, or dissatisfaction

11. Prohibited Activities

Users and Event Organizers shall not:

• List illegal, misleading, or fraudulent events

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Engage in abusive, unlawful, or deceptive practices

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, software, and design elements on KakSamaaya.com are the exclusive property of KAK Infotech Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws as of 21 January 2026.
